 We offer a friendly, flexible service tailored to your own needs.

 

 

Please contact us by Email or Phone us to arrange collection or dropping off of your items and to discuss the service you require. (Please note unfortunately due to the popularity of our service and high workload we do not offer a walk in or one off service, our service is however available for regular customers.)

 

 

We aim to Launder / Iron your items within 48 hours of you dropping them off or us collecting them from you.

 

 

We will deliver your items back to your address within a pre arranged time slot, where we will expect payment in full (we do not accept cheques).

Please note if we deliver your items back at the arranged time and no one is in to receive them we reserve the right to charge a non delivery fee to cover the cost of our time and fuel.

 

 

We do not provide hangers so if you wish your items to be hung after laundering or ironing please provide them at the time of collection or dropping off and inform us of this.

 

If we find any damage we feel you need to be aware of before we launder or iron your items we will contact you immediately. Please check your pockets etc before giving us your laundry as we cannot be held responsible for any items that may go missing from your clothing accidentally.

 

 

We only wash and dry on low temperatures (unless you request otherwise) and use detergents that clean at low temperatures so you can be sure of no risk of shrinkage to your items.

 

 

We are insured,  however if you have anything that is worth more than £25 to replace should it be damaged please inform us before we launder/ iron your item or we accept no responsibilty for any damage that may occur.

 

 

If you are allergic to a particular brand of wash powder or conditioner please tell us at time of collection or dropping off your laundry and we will ensure we use a different brand or you can of course give us your own product to use.
